3. What the Program is

The Program is an online educational course consisting of 10 recorded editing classes, 4 recorded client and freelancing classes, weekly live doubt-solving sessions, practical assignments and bonus talks. Classes are taught in CapCut on mobile.

We may improve, re-record, reorder or add to the material. We may also change the live class schedule. We will not remove substantial parts of what you paid for.

4. No guarantee of income or results

The Program teaches skills and outreach methods. It does not guarantee income, clients, employment, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your own skill, consistency, effort, outreach, the market and factors outside our control. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise of earnings.

5. Licence and acceptable use

On purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Program content for your own learning. You may not:

  • download, record, copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the videos or materials;
  • share your account, or post the content publicly or privately to others;
  • use the material to build a competing course;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the platform’s security.

Breaching this section may result in your access being revoked without refund. All content remains the intellectual property of [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME].

6. Payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card details.
  • Access is granted only after we receive confirmation of a successful payment from the payment provider.
  • If a payment is later reversed, disputed or charged back, access may be suspended while the matter is resolved.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Course access

9. Live classes

Live doubt-solving sessions are typically held Every Sunday at 8:00 PM IST. Timing may change, and a session may occasionally be rescheduled or cancelled. Join links are posted in your dashboard and are for your use only.

10. Assignments you submit

You keep ownership of the work you submit. By submitting, you allow us to view and review it for the purpose of giving you feedback. We will not publish your work publicly without asking you first.

11. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, share content, abuse other participants, or attempt to compromise the platform.

12. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

13. Third-party services

We use third parties to operate the platform, including Razorpay (payments), Supabase (accounts and database), Mux (video delivery) and Netlify (hosting). Their terms apply to their own services.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page, and the “last updated” date will change.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [YOUR CITY, YOUR STATE] will have exclusive jurisdiction.
