Course Access Policy

This page explains exactly what you get access to, for how long, and how lessons become available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. When access begins

Access is granted automatically once your payment is confirmed by our payment provider — usually within seconds. Access is never granted on the basis of a browser message alone; it is granted only after the payment is verified on our server. If you have paid and do not see the Program in your dashboard within a few minutes, email support@example.com.

2. How long access lasts

Lifetime access. Your access does not expire. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Program continues to be operated by us. If we ever discontinue it, we will give registered students reasonable notice.

3. How lessons unlock

All classes are available as soon as your payment is confirmed.

A lesson is never marked complete just because you opened it. You mark a class complete yourself once you have watched it — we suggest finishing the class and its assignment before moving on.

4. What is included

• 10 recorded editing classes.
• 4 recorded client, outreach, pricing and freelancing classes.
• Bonus field talks.
• Practical assignments with feedback on submitted work.
• Weekly live doubt-solving sessions, typically Every Sunday at 8:00 PM IST.

5. Live sessions

Live sessions are a supplement to the recorded classes, not a replacement. Schedules can change and a session may occasionally be cancelled or rescheduled. Join links appear in your dashboard shortly before each session and are for your personal use.

6. Devices and sharing

• You may watch on your own devices — phone, tablet or computer.
• One account is for one person. Sharing your login, or distributing the videos in any form, is a breach of the Terms and may result in access being revoked without a refund.
• Videos are protected by signed, expiring playback links. This prevents unauthorised direct playback access; it is not a claim that recording is impossible.

7. Downloads

Classes are for streaming only and cannot be downloaded. Where written resources or project briefs are provided, they are for your personal use.

8. Certificates

This Program does not currently issue a certificate. It is designed to give you skills and a portfolio, which is what potential clients actually look at.

9. Changes to the Program

We may add, improve or re-record classes. We may reorganise days for clarity. We will not remove a substantial part of what you paid for.

10. If access is revoked

Access may be revoked if a payment is reversed or charged back, if you share content or your account, or if you breach the Terms. We will email you at your registered address if this happens.
